Charitable Gift Annuity

I was searching for a way to combine my philanthropic goal of supporting the residents of my community who need financial assistance meeting their monthly fees and my financial goal of adding to my retirement income. For me, a charitable gift annuity was the answer! My annuity adds to my retirement income for life while my gift gives my neighbors peace of mind that they will be cared for. And in addition, I use the quarterly payments from my annuity to offset college expenses for my grandchildren.
